Mondelēz International is seeking a talented Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives to execute our sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure delivery of training and execution of sales strategies.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of category and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and routes-to-market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business insights.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
