About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the South region, focusing on the Wholesale National and Cash & Carry channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and commercial development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial relationships with customers in the Wholesale National and Cash & Carry channels, with a focus on achieving sales targets and executing the company's sales strategy. They will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities, analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trade marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and commercial development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
