Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Brazil team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and building a top-tier prospect acquisition plan, focusing on the high-end of the market. Your primary goal will be to support and influence the Regional Sales Leader in their LatAm strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a prospecting plan to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the Brazilian market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, using a structured approach to lead generation and sales funnel management.
  • Present Infraspeak's value proposition to C-level executives, highlighting the benefits of our Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, applying this knowledge to drive commercial success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of success in direct prospecting and complex deal management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology scale-up environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to different audiences.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
