Strategic HR Partner Job Overview

As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda and supporting business execution. This position is responsible for partnering strategically with leadership to support decision-making and executing talent strategies aligned with business priorities.

The successful candidate will have experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role, strong result-driven and problem-solving skills, expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Management, and local employment practices. They will be able to learn, lead, and influence in a constantly changing environment and cultivate strong relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner strategically with leadership to support decision-making in areas like Organizational Design, Talent Development, Culture, and Engagement.
  • Drive the execution of the Talent Strategy, aligning global and regional strategies to business priorities.
  • Collaborate on HR Solutions, partnering with stakeholders across employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, diversity, and employee advocacy.
  • Support Workforce Planning, leading succession and workforce planning efforts to develop leadership talent across the business.
  • Facilitate Change, driving change management initiatives and improving processes to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong result-driven and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Management, and local employment practices.
  • Ability to learn, lead, and influence in a constantly changing environment and cultivate strong relationships across teams.
