Job Title: Plant Director

Lead a manufacturing plant to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, employee development, and compliance with regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute site strategies that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Foster a culture of safety and maintain systems to drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the plant leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and standards.
  • Manage facility maintenance and upkeep in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
  • Promote awareness and compliance of Environment Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Direct the establishment of yearly budgets and goals for all activities within each department.
  • Represent the plant in legal, tax, and regulatory affairs.
  • Work closely with WW Supply Chain organizations to establish and meet production capacity objectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing an entire manufacturing plant is mandatory.
  • Fluent English.
  • Desirable experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical or similar manufactures.
  • Must have experience in Toyota Production System.
