The role of Digital Customer Engagement Manager involves end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for cloud customers.

Key tasks include supporting sales to delivery handover, customer onboarding, digital service kick offs, change management, renewal support, and technical feasibility studies.

Customer Lifecycle Management

This position oversees the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal, ensuring seamless transitions and timely delivery of services.

  • Supports critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM)
  • Executes problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reviews SLA service credit cases and supports commercial change requests
Collaboration and Liaison

The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

This includes reviewing account status, analyzing growth and complexity, and transitioning accounts as needed.

Technical Expertise

A strong understanding of technical requirements and ability to execute solution reviews are essential for this role.

Additionally, the Digital Customer Engagement Manager will contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
