We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to fill a challenging role in our team. Located in Germany, you will have the opportunity to work with an international group of professionals, supporting multiple products for over 200 million unique monthly users.

Your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating essential customer messages to key departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2). You should also have at least 1 year of support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
