Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service via chat, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Troubleshooting: Evaluate the complexity of each request and escalate complex matters to analysts when necessary
  • Documentation: Log interaction details and solutions provided in CRM systems or support tools
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay up-to-date with company policies, product updates, service changes, and regulatory requirements
  • Issue Detection: Detect recurring issues and report patterns to your immediate supervisor
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma completed
  • Experience: Experience in customer service
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency and speed in typing, skills in working with systems, strong command of spelling rules
  • Availability: Availability to work in shifts (afternoon/evening and night/early morning)
