Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our international logistics channels in South America.

As a Logistics Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and developing logistics products to optimize program time and cost. You will also source, introduce, negotiate and contract logistics service providers, formulate standards and assessment mechanisms for provider management, and promote channel development through communication with domestic and international departments.

You will be working closely with the headquarters and South American teams to expand or optimize logistics networks, achieving efficiency and cost reduction goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for supplier procurement risk management, including contract terms, logistics provider business risk, and integrity management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, experience in international logistics, and a strong understanding of the South American market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, more than five years of international logistics business experience, familiarity with the South American logistics industry preferred
  • Skilled in business skills and methods, familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics
  • Having rich and high quality resources of South American logistics service providers is preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate resources
  • Have keen industry insight ability, business analysis ability and business negotiation ability, data analysis ability, coordination and communication ability
  • Experience in logistics provider management, and strong management ability for the introduction of logistics provider management services
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) fluency is preferred
