Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting Specialist.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with expertise in financial reporting, system implementation, and process optimization.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Provide analytical support for business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and system implementation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with Oracle and other accounting systems.
  • Experience working with LATAM countries and familiar with local accounting policies.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred.
