We are seeking a seasoned professional to help us design and build scalable data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, with a strong background in PySpark, Python, and SQL.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with industry-leading companies, leveraging your expertise to drive business value through data-driven insights.

A key aspect of this position is collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines, working closely with our data scientists, product managers, and engineers.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub. They will also possess advanced skills in performance tuning of data workflows, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines.

About the Role
  • 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a cloud-native environment.
  • Strong programming skills: Python & PySpark.
  • Advanced SQL & experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency with Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP services, specifically: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub.
  • Experience orchestrating data pipelines & workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline performance & maintaining data integrity.
  • Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
