Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to a large portfolio of Recruitment Partners (RPs). The ideal candidate will balance automation with care to ensure that long-tail partners receive adequate guidance, servicing existing Recruitment Partner accounts through inbound calls and inquiries. The role requires maintaining partner satisfaction, resolving issues that come through a central ticketing system, and providing responsive, templated service.

This position also involves identifying opportunities during customer interactions to leverage ApplyBoard's products effectively, helping to solve partner issues and enhance overall satisfaction. Additionally, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard, promoting our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, business development, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguous situations to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and leveraging digital tools for effective communication and data management.
