Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional to support our hiring and talent acquisition activities.

  • Supporting candidate screening and coordination;
  • Assisting with people operations and administrative processes;
  • Communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders as needed;

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position requires daily communication in English.

The successful candidate will have excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), a strong interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, as well as strong communication skills. Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, and soft skills such as proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication would be considered assets.
