Proactive Hiring and Operations Professional

We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position requires daily communication in English and involves various tasks such as supporting hiring and talent acquisition activities, assisting with people operations and administrative processes, and communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring and talent acquisition activities, including candidate screening and coordination.
  • Assist with people operations and administrative processes.
  • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
