Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing initiatives of IT security/cybersecurity services in collaboration with 3rd-party partners for our offices and groups.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities:
  • Conduct IT security assessments of group companies to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvement measures.
  • Cope with emergency situations in cybersecurity incidents by providing initial response to prevent further damage and proposing mitigation solutions.
  • Plan and implement cybersecurity awareness measures, such as seminars, to educate employees on best practices.
  • Provide technical consultation and training in cybersecurity to ensure staff are equipped to handle potential threats.
IT Infrastructure Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute in-house IT infrastructure design, maintenance, and operation in collaboration with 3rd-party partners.
  • Operate cloud systems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and network administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, LAN/WLAN/WAN, and OSI Model.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline/experience.
  • Proven working experience (more than 7 years) in one or more related areas: Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, IT Consulting.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish with sufficient fluency to conduct business with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts or incidents, both orally and in writing, with advanced documentation skills.
