Job Title:
Cybersecurity Solutions SpecialistAs a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of security services to large clients. This involves contributing to operational excellence and supporting team development while maintaining our reputation in Microsoft security.
- Support and resolve security incidents involving Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Investigate identity and access policies, address SIEM alerts, and resolve hybrid identity challenges.
- Own and troubleshoot complex customer issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing and product improvements.
- Experience in technical support, consulting, or IT, with 3+ years in Microsoft Security Administration and Configuration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified - Security, Compliance, and Identity.
- Leadership skills, strategic thinking, innovation, client focus, trust-building, multitasking, resilience under pressure.
