About the Opportunity

Red Hat Brasil LTDA. (f.k.a. RH Brasil Sistemas LTDA.) is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations Analyst Intern to join our Latin America (LATAM) Reporting and Analytics team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and systems in the Sales team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement new, efficient systems and processes using our technology.
  • Analyze business practices and communicate new processes to the Sales team.
  • Support sales opportunity management in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool like Salesforce.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly processes, including data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to various projects with operational input.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions, including Finance, Channel Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Services teams.
  • Investigate ways to improve reporting and create user-friendly sales figure reports for the field teams.
  • Deliver training for Sales and other functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree ongoing, preferably in business, IT, or engineering, with graduation at least in December 2025.
  • Background using SFDC or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools or Office systems (spreadsheet, word, and presentations tools).
  • Excellent spreadsheet management skills (Excel, LibreCalc, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of sales business to required stakeholders and different audiences.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
