The **Senior Recruiter** will play a key role in delivering Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. This includes acting as a brand ambassador for our clients and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for delivering top talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. This involves staying up-to-date with industry and market trends that could impact the search. The Senior Recruiter will also act as a mentor to Recruiters and other team members, demonstrating innovation and outside-the-box thinking with search techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Conduct a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications.
  • Review applicants in a timely manner who have applied via our applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role-specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates.
  • Navigate difficult conversations in order to gather appropriate information.
  • Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results (if process dictates).
  • Review background and reference information (if process dictates).

**Key Qualifications**:

**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

**Experience:**
Minimum of five or more years results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting. Previous experience in the Pharma industry is a plus.

**Functional/Technical Requirements:**
Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise. Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies. Adherence to documentation and processes for compliance. Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
