We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. As a part of Kaszek, you will collaborate closely with innovative, high-growth startups across Latin America to help them solve their most pressing talent challenges.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with portfolio companies to understand their talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies. You will lead a range of talent acquisition projects focused on attracting, sourcing, and securing top executive and specialist talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with portfolio companies to understand their talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Lead a range of talent acquisition projects focused on attracting, sourcing, and securing top executive and specialist talent.
  • Advise startup founders and leaders on best practices in talent acquisition, from executive search to team development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Kaszek's internal team to leverage resources, insights, and networks that accelerate hiring success for our portfolio.
  • Track and report on key metrics, ensuring effective talent solutions that align with each company's growth stage and culture.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with at least 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in Executive Search within the tech or digital space.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
