Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Recruitment Manager - Talent Acquisition to implement and execute our recruitment strategy, including internal and external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skill sets. This role will also involve effectively partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers to drive local and global recruitment strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a combination of in-house and agency recruitment experience (minimum 3 years), as well as fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus. Additionally, you should have knowledge of media production and/or broadcast and/or marketing hiring strategies, as well as global recruitment experience and an understanding of visa restrictions, time zones, and different cultures.

Benefits
