Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Content Specialist to join our Revenue Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, data-driven content that drives our marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing team with daily tasks and operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct website audits, track promotions, and analyze advertising platforms to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from campaigns and core revenue KPIs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Perform market research to uncover customer trends and competitor insights, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee onboarding tasks for new facilities to ensure smooth integration and minimize disruptions.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website and promotional materials, aligning with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop and evaluate data-driven email and text marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Audit and implement promotional strategies across marketing channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze website performance through tools like Heatmapping and keyword rankings, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as a marketing or business analyst, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with high attention to detail in data management.
  • Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in ambiguous situations, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Business Manager, Google Ads, and WordPress, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar tools, with a creative eye for visual content.
