The Role

As one of the most visited corporate websites globally, Adobe serves as a key touchpoint for customer interactions. Our SEO team is dedicated to creating an outstanding experience for all visitors, ranging from individual consumers to enterprise clients and partners. This role involves collaborating closely with team members across Adobe to spearhead the overall SEO strategy for marketing our products.

Key Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership in SEO within the organization and educate teams on the latest industry trends and content strategies. Mentor and guide a team of SEO specialists responsible for delivering web experiences. Collaborate extensively with design, web production, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure the development and delivery of an exceptional user experience. Lead the development of quarterly and annual product and testing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with key business priorities while addressing customer needs. Work alongside Studio, Product Marketing, Campaign, Go to Market, and other product teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, and launch innovative product ideas. Enhance the capabilities of our data, analytics, and research teams to optimize efforts, uncover insights, improve user experiences, and create a compelling vision for marketing Adobe Express use cases. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company, business, and product strategies to effectively present and influence decision-making regarding concepts, business rationale, and key findings at all organizational levels. Regularly engage with executive management to influence critical organizational matters.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a hands-on SEO leader, with at least 7 years of experience driving SEO growth at scale (with tens of millions of visits per month). A blend of analytical thinking and practical execution to achieve both short-term and long-term results. Strong communication skills to convey information and ideas clearly to all organizational levels and to use influence to further shared interests and business objectives. Demonstrated excellence in multi-variate testing, rapid iteration testing, and integrating insights from testing into product innovation. Highly analytical with a focus on leveraging data to inform decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. A proactive approach with the ability to make decisive actions based on data-driven insights. Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools. Technical fluency with an understanding of web architecture, scheduling trade-offs, and new opportunities from technical teams. Experience with web content management and optimization systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools is advantageous. MBA preferred or BA/BS degree.
