Overview of the Position

In this role as Lead Sales Strategist for Mid Accounts, you will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across various sales functions to aggressively meet organizational goals related to sales, revenue, retention, and overall performance.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at maximizing both current and future growth of products and services.
  • Design and formulate tactics to enhance market share and expand business opportunities in both the short and long term through effective segment management.
  • Be responsible for guiding other team leaders, depending on the functional area.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with the following Skills & Experience:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
  • A completed postgraduate degree/MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Extensive experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Previous experience as a sales leader in multinational software, solutions, or ERP industries.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating ownership mentality while seeking innovative ways to engage with clients and partners for market development and achievement of business objectives.
  • Significant experience in managing the sales process for ERP, CX, Tax, and International Trade solutions for large corporations.
