Senior Lead Generation Strategist

We're Kuona, an innovative AI/SaaS company empowering consumer products and retailers to achieve revenue goals. Our AI-powered platform optimizes prices, promotions, and inventories for top brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, and OXXO. We're seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences.
- Prospect for and qualify new leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Manage and maintain a clean and accurate CRM system.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and reports to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience with a similar role.
- Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient/advanced English spoken and written.
