Lead Generation Specialist

We're Kuona, an innovative AI/SaaS company empowering consumer products and retailers to achieve revenue goals. Our AI-powered platform optimizes prices, promotions, and inventories for top brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, and OXXO. We're seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences.
  • Prospect for and qualify new leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and accurate CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience with a similar role.
  • Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient/advanced English spoken and written.
