About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Growth Strategist to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for leading demand generation and CRM strategy for our most strategic client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans to drive revenue growth for our clients.
  • Lead client engagements using your expertise in B2B marketing and sales to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Build and implement complex solutions on HubSpot, training client teams on how to use them effectively.
  • Recommend and develop tech-powered solutions to optimize the delivery of our service offering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop universal processes for database development, contact and company enrichment, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with U.S. B2B tech companies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling cold emails and keep clients informed about their progress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, GSuite, email, CMS tools, and other software/tech that can help our clients scale.
