About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Growth Strategist to join our team at RevOps Shop. As a Senior B2B Growth Specialist, you will lead demand generation and CRM strategy for our most strategic client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements for our Chief Growth Officer, HubSpot Onboarding, and Openr clients, utilizing your B2B marketing and sales expertise to help clients reach their stated goals.
  • Build and develop complex solutions on HubSpot, while training client teams on how to use them.
  • Recommend and build tech-powered solutions to help us optimize the delivery of our service offering.
  • Help develop universal processes that we can replicate across clients for database development, contact and company enrichment, workflows, and reporting.
  • Build templates and apps for onboarding, customer success, billing, and business operations at RevOps Shop.
Requirements
  • C2 Level English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with U.S. B2B tech companies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep strategic and technical understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, GSuite, email, CMS tools, and other software/tech that can help our clients scale beyond their wildest dreams.

What We Offer
  • Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 USD per month base salary.
  • $10,000 - $20,000 a year in bonuses depending on personal/company performance.
