Lead Banking Expert - Vice President Role

This senior leadership position involves driving the LatAm team's strategy, collaborating with industry and product teams to support client relationship management activities. You will oversee daily execution, capacity and demand management, data strategy, and key performance indicators. Seamless workflow between the team and partners is essential for delivering world-class stakeholder engagement and data transparency.


The ideal candidate is results-oriented, has a strong focus on culture and conduct, and fosters teamwork and inclusion. Ability to navigate a global organization and highly matrixed environment is crucial.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute regional team strategy by aligning goals with business priorities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships with Coverage, Product bankers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Address client and stakeholder needs while balancing firm interests using market knowledge.
  • Create a strong employee engagement culture, promote inclusivity and professional development.
  • Monitor deal pipeline and address opportunities and urgencies.
  • Serve as senior escalation point to resolve roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, finance, and other partners on client requests and deal execution requirements.
  • Streamline processes to reduce administrative work and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in investment and corporate banking products, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills with experience in presenting to clients and executives.
  • Leadership experience in building and managing medium operational teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills with expertise in presentation tools.
