**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead commercial arrangements across our global markets.

This position will be based in our Sao Paulo office and provide critical support to our partners and client service teams in South America, with expansion opportunities into Asia.

The successful candidate will work closely with local/regional leaders on performance management and strategic initiatives, advising and coaching partners on structuring commercial deals and negotiating with clients.

To excel in this role, you should have 7+ years of experience in management consulting, banking, or B2B services, with strong financial and analytical skills and expertise in developing large-scale investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support partners in negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Counsel and coach partners on structuring commercial arrangements
  • Negotiate with clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, JD)
  • At least 7 years of recent experience in management consulting, banking, PE/VC, or other B2B professional services environment
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial arrangements
