You will play a key role in supporting our Americas Commercial Organization by developing and improving commercial processes. This will enhance usage, discipline, and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce).

  • Monitor and refine commercial processes by measuring effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks, and inconsistencies.
  • Review and optimize processes, deploy new processes effectively using strong communication and change management skills.
  • Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to Salesforce adoption.
  • Develop strategies to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness by fostering a culture of continuous process improvement for our sales teams.

You will collaborate with our Process Excellence and IIT Team to continuously improve Salesforce usage and maximize reporting outputs.

Nurture long-term partnerships with internal stakeholders to implement, track, and report key metrics that drive performance while gathering feedback.

Participate in the development of a Sales Effectiveness community to ensure alignment, brainstorming, and knowledge sharing across regions.
