About the Job

As a User Experience Specialist, you will contribute to designing high-quality UI and optimizing software workflows for a commercial software company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to iterate UX design using agile methodologies.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements from a UX perspective.
  • Design and prototype initial designs and gather feedback from customers.
  • Develop user interfaces according to modern design principles.
  • Improve software workflows for optimal user experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

  • At least 6 years of experience working as a developer.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.
  • Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality (a plus).
  • An advanced English level.
