Homeowner Liaison

We are a property management company seeking a professional and organized individual to join our remote team.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, communicating with them, relaying information to internal teams, and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.

• Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
• Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups

• Excellent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
