Our company is seeking a highly skilled Client Liaison to join our team. This role will involve acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners, communicating with them and relaying information to our internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
