This role presents a unique opportunity to act as the primary interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows, FIX / API integrations, and real-time resolution of execution issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support for institutional clients across the Americas, covering trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services.
- Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, assisting with onboarding, demos, and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX / API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows.
- Monitor and manage real-time trade exceptions and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and fractional products.
- 5+ years in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform.
- Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS / EMS).
- Hands-on experience with equities and fixed income trading.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience with fractional investing or multi-asset platforms.
- Exposure to back-office systems and clearing / custody processes.
