Operation Excellence Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the high quality of R&D documentation and global ingredient standards supporting low and medium complexity projects, while accelerating digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience of 2 years in Research & Development or Process area interfaced with R&D. A Bachelor's degree in food science and technology, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity and high quality of ingredients, products, and processes Documentation.
  • Execute and comply with the requirements of the Global Ingredient Standards.
  • Replicate and Load specifications into SAP PLM or other system.
  • Bring digital solutions to simplify R&D ways of working.
  • Manage workflows in the systems, mainly in SAP.
  • Support the qualification and approval of suppliers according to the global quality protocol.
  • Work with external suppliers to ensure compliance with ingredients, product, and process specifications.
  • Write specifications of raw materials, semi-finished, and process.
  • Work with Project Leaders to ensure project timeline compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in Food Safety, HACCP, Allergen.
  • Language: English and Spanish (min intermediate).
