Key Responsibilities:
- Develops a thorough understanding of the company's short and long-term strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintains relationships at senior levels within the leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships to understand customer needs and drive business development strategy.
- Guides value stream, marketing, and sales teams to define overall account or key pursuit strategy and partnership opportunities.
- Consults with senior executive leadership teams to drive strategy and partnership decisions.
- Oversees coordination with value stream, marketing, sales, and technology teams to provide insight into product and solution offerings.
- Plans and prepares complex business proposals and recommends strategic decision making to senior executive management.
Requirements:
- Executive presence and confidence to navigate complex business opportunities and build meaningful relationships.
- Experience leveraging stakeholder relationships to influence strategy and position for growth.
- Leadership experience developing a collaborative team-based approach to strategy, pursuit, and stakeholder relationship development.
- Able to build commitment and enthusiasm for initiatives across multiple levels and strategic business units.
- Strategic vision to recognize trends and business opportunities and marshal resources to pursue them.
