About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Assistant, where you will play a critical role in managing the export of products from Europe, Middle East, Turkey, and Brazil to other parts of the world.
Main Responsibilities- Process Sales Orders: You will be responsible for processing sales orders in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Transportation Coordination: You will choose carrier, vessel, route, and nominate remittance for each export shipment.
- Shipment Documentation: You will create shipping documents according to legislation requirements and forward them to receivers of cargo.
- Tracking and Monitoring: You will track and monitor existing shipments, reporting updates when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, International Relations, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of export and/or shipping experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer skills - Office and SAP.
- Excellence in Excel.
- Experience with Exports and International shipping documents.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Documents and files management.
- Analytical profile.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
