Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing general ledger activity, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining compliance with corporate accounting policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
  • Review and prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS as applicable).
  • Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Corporate Accounting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 4–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive aftermarket industry is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working across teams and levels.
  • Fluent in professional-level English.
