Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our organization's data strategy, delivering foundational structure on our marketing technology stack and actionable insights that enhance the consumer experience and optimize marketing performance throughout the various touchpoints in the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical knowledge with smart skills such as clear communication, project management, and timekeeper abilities. Effective English communication is required to be successful in this position.

  • Driving Data Strategy: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • CDP Ownership: Brief in technical agency that handles its development, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with global data strategy consultancy and local data agency to enhance audience strategy and its activation.
  • Advanced Modeling and Analysis: Develop sophisticated models and algorithms utilizing data from diverse sources such as CRM, media, events, and social media, to analyze and forecast consumer trends and behaviors effectively.
  • Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Design and build self-service dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights and actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns, content, customer segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to data quality, integrity, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle, in line with organizational data vision and principles.
