Job Description

The Diabetic Eye Specialist will develop and manage relationships with retina specialists and other customer accounts in the assigned territory to grow revenues and meet product goals. The primary focus of this role will be on the approved indications suffered by diabetic patients as it relates to conditions of the eye.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with retina specialists and other customer accounts in the assigned territory to grow revenues and meet product goals.
  • Provide technical and clinical product knowledge and support, utilizing resources to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a BA/BS in science or business, preferably with a master's degree. A minimum of 5 years' specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is also required. Experience with buy and bill products, reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary and contract negotiation is preferred.
