Cloud Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our organization as a Cloud Technical Support Intern.


The Job Function:

Our team is looking for someone to provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. This includes identifying and resolving technical issues related to cloud services.


Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance to customers.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • A graduate degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Understanding of Windows, Linux, and operational systems, as well as infrastructure general aspects.
  • Active listening and good communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
  • Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.

**Languages:** Intermediate English and/or Spanish (mandatory)


Desirable Knowledge:


  • Understanding of core IT infrastructure, including TCP Networking, DNS, Storage, and Virtualization.
  • Ability to create basic scripts in at least one of the following languages: Python, BASH, Powershell.
