Key Responsibilities:- Analyze player behavior, feedback, and in-game data to inform product decisions and drive live updates.
- Design and execute initiatives that engage our community, from online campaigns to grassroots activities.
- Collaborate with local content creators and streamers to activate campaigns that grow the player base.
- Adapt content and campaigns for the Brazil market, ensuring cultural accuracy and local relevance.
- Possess a genuine passion for video games or esports.
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Show interest in product operations, community building, and digital marketing.
