Job Opportunity

The Product Manager will lead the development of localized content and functions for a mobile game, including in-game social systems, hero design, peripheral gameplay design, and growth speed design.

To succeed, the ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience in mobile gaming operations or game design, with a strong passion for games and the gaming industry.

Key responsibilities include defining key performance indicators, providing frequent reports and analysis, creating strategies for the development team, and localizing day-to-day operation and content initiatives.

The Product Manager must be able to evaluate content plans, establish partnerships with development teams, and ensure accountability for game operation and content performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves leading a team, defining project goals, and ensuring that they are met. The Product Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

We're looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

A degree in a related field, such as computer science or game design, is highly desirable but not essential.
