Description

This is an on-site (non-remote) position that requires fluent English.

You will work within a dedicated team of QA experts on multiple upcoming games across various platforms including PC, Xbox One, PS5, Wii, PS Vita, DS, Switch, VR, and mobile devices. You will be involved in top AAA titles for leading publishers.

The role reports to the Game QA Lead and involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution. We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate gamer who can provide guidance and solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Testing game builds to identify defects and working with the team to resolve issues.
  • Developing test routines and plans.
  • Maintaining QA standards and creating detailed test cases.
  • Ensuring functionality of review and playtest builds.
  • Documenting and communicating test results and issues.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Managing release processes across platforms, including mobile.
  • Executing tests on multiple devices and reporting bugs.
  • Coordinating with external QA teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining documentation and contributing to QA process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading QA teams in gaming.
  • Fluent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with project cycles pre- and post-launch.
  • Knowledge of game development, QA, and certification processes.
  • Risk management skills related to QA.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking, test management, and agile tools.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
