Job Summary
This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can lead a dedicated team of quality assurance experts on multiple upcoming games across various platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing game builds, developing test routines and plans, maintaining QA standards, and ensuring functionality of review and playtest builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify defects in game builds and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test routines and plans.
- Maintain high-quality QA standards and create detailed test cases.
- Coordinate with external teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage release processes across multiple platforms.
- Document and communicate test results and issues effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading QA teams in gaming.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with project cycles pre- and post-launch.
- Knowledge of game development, QA, and certification processes.
- Risk management skills related to QA.
- Familiarity with defect tracking, test management, and agile tools.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
