Game QA Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead our team in ensuring the highest quality of multiple games.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Test incomplete game versions to detect defects, collaborating closely with team members to resolve issues promptly.
  • Work together with leads to establish effective test routines and plans.
  • Maintain and develop the QA technical standards.
  • Create detailed and structured test cases.
  • Evaluate and ensure review and playtest builds are functional.
  • Prepare and distribute build-notes as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on warnings, memory reports, and performance issues.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with external QA departments and internal teams.
  • Manage release processes for various platforms, including iOS and Android.
  • Execute test scenarios with multiple devices.
  • Verify and report bugs, preparing related documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordinators and coordinate test efforts.
Key Requirements:
  • Fluent English is necessary.
  • The ability to work within a dedicated team of QA experts for multiple unreleased games is essential.
  • Experience working on prominent gaming titles for top AAA publishers is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Able to focus on finer details and show passion for videogames.
