Drive sustainable growth and operational excellence by leading process organization, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational development in a fast-paced factory environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing operational structures, implementing continuous improvements, and ensuring production planning and process steps are followed.
You will coordinate teams in bottling and beverage preparation areas, drive loss reduction through autonomous maintenance implementation, and promote team development aligned with strategic company goals.
Our ideal candidate will have energy and engagement to drive results, as well as excellent leadership, team development, and time management skills.
Requirements:- Degree in Production Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in production environments.
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean Mindset), including implementing and managing process improvements.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and process assurance.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
