Senior Java Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to manage our Java software development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Java software development and 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
The successful hire will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient solutions, ensuring best practices in software development. This includes leading the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance micro-services architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend solutions, driving architectural decisions, and contributing to overall system design.
The role requires expertise in unit/integration/e2e testing, proficiency with REST APIs, and solid experience with relational databases, CI/CD flows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient solutions: Ensure best practices in software development.
