Lead Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture and be able to design, develop, and implement large-scale data systems.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle databases, AWS cloud services, and data engineering practices are required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines, data models, and integration solutions using AWS services.
  • Oversee and optimize Oracle database environments for high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to deliver robust, business-ready data solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, reviewing code and providing technical leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle databases and AWS cloud services.
  • Solid experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and SQL optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, governance, and security best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
