Operations Executive
About the RoleThe Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing production operations. This involves administering organizational policies, providing leadership to personnel, driving productivity, on-time delivery performance, and cost optimization.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead manufacturing teams to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals through process improvements like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Drive and coordinate safety initiatives across all manufacturing areas and shifts.
- Ensure effective management of work centers, processes, and personnel involved in connector manufacturing.
- Identify and manage key cost drivers within the manufacturing process and continually refine processes to meet business objectives.
- Develop solutions to meet production plans in support of company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Preferred Skills: Communication, Computer, Problem Solving.
