Senior Software Development Engineer in Test Lead

We're seeking a skilled SDET Tech Lead to drive our software quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you'll define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.
You'll lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews. Your collaboration with QA, development, and other departments will enhance software quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
- Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
- Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
- Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
- Advanced level of English.
- 100% remote work from anywhere.
